Finding the right fit starts with accurate measurements. Our unisex apparel is designed for a comfortable, standard fit. Before ordering, compare the measurements below with a shirt you already own and love.
Important: The measurements in this guide refer to the garment measured flat, not to your body measurements. Use the measurement method below for the most reliable comparison.

How to Measure a Shirt
For the most accurate result, use a favorite shirt with a fit you already like. Lay the shirt flat on a smooth surface without stretching the fabric, then measure the following:
- Chest Width, Pit to Pit: Measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other. Measure approximately 1 inch below the armhole.
- Shirt Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
Choosing Between Sizes
If your preferred shirt falls between two sizes, consider how you want the garment to fit. Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a roomier, more relaxed fit.
Because this is a unisex size chart, the fit may feel different from a women’s-specific or men’s-specific garment. Comparing the chart with a shirt you already own is usually more helpful than relying on your usual letter size alone.

- All measurements are flat-lay garment measurements, not body measurements.
- Please allow for a dimensional difference of up to 1 inch (2.54 cm) because of manufacturing processes and manual measurement.
- Fabric, garment construction, and product style may affect the way a shirt fits.
